We will keep information securely if you have been in contact regarding assistance in the future. We will keep information where financial assistance has been given and will retain personal information only as long as is required and for the purposes for which it was originally given and as permitted by the EU General Data Protection Regulation ( form 25-5 18 ). Data Protection Act and Privacy of Electronic Communication Regulations. Personal details are then destroyed unless we are legally obliged to retain them or for regulatory purposes.

The information we collect will be used exclusively with the Church of Ireland Retirement Trust. We do not pass any of your personal information to any other organisation and /of individual without your express consent.

FUNDRAISING, DONATIONS AND LEGACY PLEDGES
If you make a donation we will use any personal information you give us to record the nature and amount of your gift. We will store it securely. The Charity Commission NI require us to be assured of the providence of funds and any conditions attached to them. We will exercise due diligence to ensure compliance with these requirements.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
We will not use any personal information in connection with marketing and /or fundraising without your express consent.

VIEWING THE INFORMATION WE HOLD ABOUT YOU
You may request details of all the information the COIRT holds about you by submitting a written request to the data protection officer at the registered office.
